service was very good. walking distance to everywhere for the price its reasonably to suite your needs if you want abit of luxury and a bed for the night. something thats a bit qerky only an easy 15 mins walk to the main bridges and train station.

Location was great in a nice quiet area but still shops and places to eat available Only five mins from actv vaporetto water bus Staff were polite and helpful Aircon in room was great Nice breakfast All very clean.

Wifi was very poor, staff tried to help with no success That's my only complaint we enjoyed our stay

Great air conditioning and tv. Room size was disappointing and a bit outdated.

Location was excellent and the staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. A good buffet breakfast and as we were leaving early a breakfast pack was provided.

Standard room very small, although there is a lift it is for luggage only.

I truly enjoyed its beautifully maintained and romantic rooms.

my stay was enjoyable here. functional hotel and the location in the first 100 restaurants in venice was good and excellent. the staff were extremely friendly, competent. the breakfast with pastries, prosecco and yoghurt was delicious, you'll find what you need. the ambience felt really quiet and the service was outstanding. free wi-fi in the rooms was really handy. location: the property was adjacent to biscotti, cafe, cioccolata, a water taxi and italy.

Comfortable room, convenient location, with easy access to transportation at just 1 km from the nearest train station, along with friendly staff who provided helpful assistance throughout my stay.

Found the hotel quite easily - Venice can be a maze, but signed as you get near. The staff were always available and helpful, with good English (my Italian is pretty non existent.) We had a family room which comfortably slept 5 of us with clean en suite bathroom. Breakfast was in a sunny upper room and there was plenty. A bonus is the lovely sun terrace with views across the Venetian rooftops.

For a traveller with three children (age 6-8) I have to say it was very pleasant and comfortable. Large enough choise for breakfast made it possible for us to start intensive days in Venice.

Perhaps: When you arrive to the entrance there is nothing but the writting on the wall to indicate that there is a hotel..

Cozy little hotel with a great location in Venice. Tucked away. Staff friendly and helpful during check-in. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room comfortable despite the summer heat. Room décor had a charming touch. Breakfast included basic options, but decent for the price. On the downside, the room was small, lacking sufficient space for luggage. Shower facilities were cramped. Fridge in the room didn't work properly, and the response to fixing issues was slow. Cleaning could have been better-some amenities weren't replenished. Despite the friendly staff, overall maintenance didn't meet expectations.

Helpful staff, really great sunny breakfast room, cozy sleeping.

Finding the hotel is hard! But if you call them, they will meet you at an easy rendezvous and walk you back to the hotel.

thin walls--can hear every water flush as if it were flushing right next to us. free wi-fi was very slow with our i-touch. we missed having face cloths which do not seem to be a "tradition" in Italy.

The location was perfect and accessible by foot to major attractions. Check-in process was poorly managed, leading to frustration.

Staff were efficient and the hotel was ideal, it had stunning location to all the important sites on the island.

It's quite a nice hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very nice and spacious for us.

The only thing that I didn`t like was that they don`t have a lift available for the residents,it`s onluy used for the luggages. As I was with mum and dad which both of them are over 60,it was stressful to go back to the hotel after a day out and have to go up 3 floors of stairs.
